The 10 fixes, ranked
The ten changes most likely to help, ordered by impact. Each one names the page, the problem and what to change. Bigger structural work is flagged separately so it doesn't crowd the list.
QUICK WINS AI CHECK
I look at your website next to two competitors you pick. You get the 10 things to fix first, in order. Then we spend 15 minutes on a call going through the list together.
Three business days. Your site. Two named competitors.
THE PROBLEM
You ask ChatGPT or Gemini about your category and a competitor comes up. You don't. Then you search for answers and find a hundred things to "optimize for AI". Schema, llms.txt, content depth, authority, page speed.
Most of it doesn't apply to you. Some of it does. Nobody tells you which.
The usual result is that nothing happens. Or money goes into the wrong fix first.
WHAT YOU GET
I won't promise ChatGPT will start recommending you. Nobody honestly can. What I promise is a clear answer to "what do I fix first?"
The ten changes most likely to help, ordered by impact. Each one names the page, the problem and what to change. Bigger structural work is flagged separately so it doesn't crowd the list.
Every item is marked: something you can do yourself, a job for your web developer, or something I can take on. You know what each fix costs you before you start.
You name the two competitors that matter to you. I check the same website and AI signals on all three sites. You see what they do that you don't, and where you are already ahead.
We go through the list on a short call. You ask what isn't clear. You leave knowing exactly what to do on Monday.
FROM A RECENT CHECK
A car repair shop in Madrid wanted to rank for gearbox repairs. Gearbox repairs were one of 20 services they offered.
What I found. All 20 services sat together on a single services page. Gearbox repairs got a line or two. The competitors nearby had a separate page for each service, so each one could speak directly to the person looking for that repair.
Why it was first on the list. "Gearbox repair Madrid" is what someone types when their car is already broken and they want it fixed. Those buying searches come before everything else. If you don't show up there, nothing further down the list matters much.
What happened. They built a dedicated gearbox repair page. It took them about an afternoon. Within three weeks they started ranking for gearbox repairs in their area. A couple of months later they held #1 consistently.

FAQ
I can't promise that, and you should be careful with anyone who does. AI answers change constantly. What you get is the list of what to fix first, based on what your competitors do better. That is the part you can control.
I do every check myself. Tools help me collect data, but deciding what goes first on your list takes judgment. You won't get a generic crawler report.
Yes. Most buyers run the business themselves. Every fix is marked for who can do it: you, your web developer, or me. Many of the top items take an afternoon.
Each item names the page, the problem and the change. No "improve content quality" without saying where and how.
Not always. Strong Google rankings help, but AI tools also look at how clearly your site explains who you are and what you do, and who else mentions you.
Bring it up on the call. Some fixes I can take on directly. If it is a bigger job, we can talk about it then.
